Returns:

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• To initiate a return, please email returns@skizees.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
• Please note that the item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds:

• We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your return.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
